Creamy Chocolate Frosting

Creamy Chocolate Frosting

I recently made this frosting for the first time and I absolutely fell in love with it. It is 100 times better than store bought frosting. This recipe is fool proof. The ingredient in this message is enough to frost cupcakes but in order to cover a cake you would have to double this recipe. I hope you enjoy. Comment below if you made it and maybe even submit a picture. I would love to see your creations.

INGREDIENTS:
+ 2 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
+ 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
+ 6 tablespoons butter
+ 5 tablespoons evaporated milk ( I just used regular milk, worked perfectly.)
+ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a medium bowl, sift together the sugar and cocoa, and set aside.
(Please don't skip this step. Its important to have that creamy, smooth frosting.)
2. In a large bowl, cream the butter until it is smooth, then gradually beat in the sugar mixture alternating with milk. Blend in vanilla. beat until light and fluffy. If necessary, you can adjust the texture by either adding milk or the sugar mix.
