Relax and Take a Deep Breath.

Hey everyone,  just wanted to hop on and say Hi. Today I wanted to talk a bit about being happy. I have a tendency to beat myself down when I mess up on something or don't get things all done or when my house isn't clean.  I know there is other women that struggle with this as well.  I noticed that beating myself down just makes things worse. I can't be perfect and beating myself down about no getting it perfect gets me no where. I get less motivated to even start. I get sad for the day. I start stressing out and my mood and feelings affect my husband. I want to encourage you to just relax grab coffee or tea and spend some time with the Lord. Then after this do something you love. Whether that be spending time with someone you love, painting, singing or working out. Spend a certain amount of time doing that. This helps me a lot to take away my stress. After that I set a timer let's say 15-30 minutes and speed thru whatever task I'm dreading. Then take a same amount break and repeat. I love doing this when I don't feel motivated.
